Gable is a workspace-as-a-service platform that connects workspaces from many cities and locations with companies and hybrid employees. This platform helps companies discover professional workspaces nearby that provide remote workers with a safe, collaborative, and flexible space. Through Gable’s portal, distributed teams are able to book and manage their workspace. These workspaces have been vetted, and rooms can be configured to maximize productivity. Additionally, companies can organize events, such as meetups, on the platform, which creates additional flexibility and community for companies without a physical HQ.

🔮 Our Analysis

74% of U.S. companies are planning to implement a permanent hybrid work model. The future of work has been changing and the biggest trends seen today are distributed teams, flex spaces instead of office leases, and employee experiences. Since companies have been offering flexible work models, many either do not have physical HQs or choose to use workspaces. But when teams are dispersed across continents and time zones, the issue of what workspace to use and managing costs becomes challenging.

Gable wants to be the one-stop shop for people and workplaces. It operates with the idea that workspaces can create workplace relationships and improve employee satisfaction and engagement. For example, if a coworker in your city books a workspace, through Gable’s portal, you can book the space next to them, which can foster a connection. It also assists companies with cost reduction, since they get full transparency into how employees are using the workspaces and are not burdened with a long-term office lease. Additionally, the platform can be integrated with management and HR tools which saves time and provides overviews of employee usage and engagement. Any company with hybrid operations can benefit from Gable since providing flexibility is one thing, but being able to provide an employee experience that can boost productivity is much more sustainable in the long term. With its Series A underway, Gable plans to use the funding to bolster sales, customer success, and marketing while targeting more enterprise customers. For its long-term goals, Gable hopes to be an essential toolkit for hybrid workforces and workplaces.
